Items purchased from FPF Furniture can be returned or exchanged based on the circumstances or product.
Products stocked by FPF Furniture are eligible for return or exchange within 7 Days. Items will be inspected for damage or missing items to the product before a refund or exchange is approved. Order must be returned in original packaging. These returns can be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders that have been delivered will have to be returned to 1245 Martin Grove Road Etobicoke, ON. Returns or exchanges will have to be coordinated with a FPF Associate Manufacturing defects must be reported to FPF Furniture within 3 days of purchase in order for an exchange to be made.
Special order items are products’ FPF Furniture does not stock or does not stock often. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Clearance items are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged.
Orders placed with assembly included or added can be returned or exchanged within 5 Business days. A restocking fee of 35% may be applicable.
Mirror products are final sales and must be checked upon delivery or pickup for any damage/manufacture defects. If a manufacturing defect is found, FPF Furniture will exchange or provide a refund of the equivalent as soon as possible. If a consumer or client chooses not to check an item, FPF Furniture is not responsible for any damage to the product and can not be returned or exchanged.
